What Information do we collect?
We collect information from you when you place an order.
When ordering from our website, you may be asked to enter your name, e-mail address, home address, phone number and credit card details.
What do we use this information for?
* To process transactions. Your information, whether public or private, will not be sold, transferred, exchanged or given to any other company for any reason whatsever, without your consent, other than for the express of delivering the product or service required.
How do we protect your information?
We offer the use of a secure server. All supplied sensitive/credit card information is submitted via secure socket layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our payment gateway provider database only to be accessible to those authorised with special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep such information confidential.
Do we disclose your information to outside parties?
We do not sell, trade or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information. This does not include trusted third parties who assit us in operating our website, conducting our business or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep your information confidential. We may also release your information when we believe it's release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies or to protect ours or other rights, safety or property.
Whether you place an order online or over the phone, we never store your credit card or private information anywhere on our system. Once your transaction has been completed, all credit card and private information is destroyed.
All orders are processed and dispatched the same day as you order by Royal Mail first class post.
You may cancel an order or booking at any time. For CD/DVDs or studio booking you will recieve a full refund. In the case of a band booking,
if you cancel within 14 days of the engagement date, there is a 50% of the booking fee charge.
If any physical product such as CD/DVDS purchased from out website should prove to be defective, they will be replaced or a refund given, including reasonable postage costs upon return of the item in good condition.
